Who we are

The operator of this website is the data controller for personal data collected through it.

What we collect

Contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order history, account credentials handled by our authentication provider, and any correspondence you send us through the contact form or by email.

Why we use it

To fulfil your order (contract), to answer your enquiries (legitimate interests), to meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation), and to protect against fraud (legitimate interests). We do not currently run analytics, advertising or profiling of any kind.

Sharing

We share data with payment processors, delivery carriers, email providers and our hosting and database provider strictly as needed to run the store. We never sell personal data.

Retention

Order and transaction records are kept for six years to meet UK tax requirements. Contact enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Contact admin@joeytans.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
