UK delivery

Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next working day. We do not currently ship outside the UK.

Cancellation rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them, and you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Items must be unused and sealed.

Hygiene exception

Cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.

How to return

Contact us through the contact page with your order number. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or missing parcels

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, contact us within 14 days so we can raise a claim with the carrier.
